I got this last time. Used it a few times and works great when the dough doesn't stick to the counter.

P.s.: if anyone one has a bullet proof recipe for home made dough please share

Definitely not going to touch a gas or wood fired ooni, 700 is at the low end for a neo pizza if that is what you are after.

I got this last time from Woot. I'm very impressed by the pizza it makes. I have a Koda 16 and this is pretty effortless in comparison and has great charring on the bottom and cooks the top well.

Some might think it's a little involved, but it's actually very easy, I've made it like this a bunch of times - https://youtu.be/G-jPoROGHGE?si=GqjfLtSP5FTzZJML
Follow the ingredients that are listed in the description - in the actual video itself he mixed up grams when it should've be milliliters.

I've heard of people buying dough from pizza places. Supposedly some grocery store bakeries will make some and sell, but none of the places around me do.

Vito Iacopelli is a pizza champ, so I like his videos --> https://www.youtube.com/@vitoiaco...shelf_id=2
One of his specific tricks, is how to make poolish, which let's you make the most amazing dough--> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7Hd6ZzKgBM
And, as always, Binging with Babish is a wonderful resource--> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1O3uHPCOLA

Got this from Sam's for about the same price. My tip is to use parchment paper so the crust doesn't stick, after a minute or two the parchment paper can be removed (and will likely be charred). But it makes using this about as completely frustration free as possible. It is also a bit more flexible compared to high end pizza ovens as far as what can be done with it.

$400 (50% off) is a stretch. Currently selling brand new on Amazon for $290. Maybe still a good deal but not 50% off.

Watch Vito icopelli ...I think that is how you spell it...on YouTube. He has a million videos about pizza. And....use a fine grind of semolina flour when you stretch your dough. Don't go cheap on the semolina...use plenty and it won't stick to the counter or the pizza peel. Put some semolina on the peel too.
I have this oven and love it! 3 min to cook after it preheats. I have even used it when the snow is flying!

Used it to bake/air fry some onion rings while I made burgers on the grill. It worked great. I also baked bread in it once. Mixed feelings on that, but it worked.
