I wanted one of these, but considering I got a PX13 with the same specs AND a dedicated GPU, not to mention the OLED screen for about 150 more, the price has never seemed reasonable. Seems better to just get a laptop at the same price, unless you need the dual lan.

Which laptop will provide you these kind ports? These advanced mini pCs are not reallyfor basic consumer usage but normally attract crowd from advanced users, as homelab server, NAS, media streaming, running and testing basic AI models. And to be honest, you won't get any 64GB Ram model of laptop with similar spec at that price.

I just bought one.
I picked it for several reasons to pay the premium. I wanted a nice mini PC with a chassis, most even Lenovo etc are cheap feeling. This is a solid metal top (plastic bottom).
That alone was worth the extra. It's also near silent. So, I can put it right in front of me while working, and can't hear it. Which gives easy access to ports.
This build is significantly better quality than say the f5a or the gmktec equivalent.
Where I live the px13 is 1800 atm. I paid 1139 + 100 for oculunk doc, and I grabbed a 5060ti for 279. I still saved 300 bucks over a px13.

It does not have these kind of ports, as I have mentioned. Did you fail to notice that?

That was a really good deal. I wish I picked one up, about 1400 for a similar notebook now.

Did you read my comment that "unless you need dual lan" in my first post?

Which Post? And even if you remove that, it still does not have this kind of ports.
