There's no too good to be true here. Have this from same pricing months ago. Reviews at my time reported Wifi disconnect issues and failure to find dock.WiFi seems to be fine for me as it's on 2.4 and hasn't lost connection once. Docking is a real challenge for this vaccum, i think only because of design. Every-time it's told to dock it tries to create a boundary of where it is(like really go around and create physical boundaries) and then loses the sense of location. My biggest gripe is there's no live location on a map of where it is in cycle! which I feel is a nested problem from point above.Mopping & suction i would give it a 6 on 10

Bought this at $99 last deal and returned it. Has no "smart" mapping so you can see what was cleaned in the app and moves in random patterns. Ended up with another Roborock that was on sale, those are still the best robot vacuums on the market. No way this is $700 retail, it's junk

At $90 bucks now, these are probably the returns of the refurbs from the last run. Buyer beware

It has the feature below. Not sure how good it is though.

PRECISION HOME MAPPING: 360° LiDAR vision quickly and accurately maps your home so your robot can methodically clean detecting and avoiding objects in its path, day or night, adapting to everyday changes in the home.

I have this. I bought it for the mopping. For some reason when the Mop is attached is refuses to do anything and just drives in a circle. Remove the mop and just vacuum, no problemo, except it cant find its dock 90% of the time.
The new game in the morning is yelling ROBOT! and our toddler goes on a robot hunt to find where it died.
I hard reset it and remapped, same thing. It works but its not great.

So no issue with docking like others describe?

I bought one of these earlier last year and I'm shocked how well it works. Only negatives I have is 2 times it missed the dock and the battery drained. One time it just forgot what my apartment looked like so it had to spend 40 minutes figuring that out again. Other than the normal things getting stuck in the roller which is more of a me problem everything else worked quite well.

Shark is garbage to begin with. Refurbished is verifiable trash.

IME Shark often has really attractive specs and mechanical features on their robot vacs but the software is, without exaggeration, worse than any of the random Chinese brands I've tried.
