Typically Qdoba is $5 off an entree (usually does not have unique codes and anyone can actually do it) and Firehouse is indeed usually a BOGO. One thing that sucks about the firehouse BOGO is using the promo usually restricts which topping options you can add to the sub. You can call and tell them after you make the order, but that's kinda awkward.

They cost $12.50 + tax by me and they are small. At $6.25 each, it's ok. at $12.50 each, it's absurd. i don't know how they are still in business. They're usually empty inside.

I think mine are like $8.xx, so it is over half off. Qdoba has free guac too, so that's always a perk v.s. Chipotle

Moe's also does not charge for their sauces and some salsas. I think Qdoba and Chipotle do though.
Edit: Mini bowl in my area is minimum $6.95. Darn.

$10.75 Jersey Mikes Ham and Turkey Sandwich (about 7.5 inches long), almost half the length of Subway and it would take 6 purchases to get a free regular
$10.09 Firehouse Hook & Ladder (state about 8 inches long), basically a Ham and Turkey Sub, you would have to buy 11 more subs after this BOGO to get a same size sub
