LG over Samsung always from experience. A lot of Samsung electronics have failed on me to ensure I don't buy these anymore.

I paid $1699 through EPP and love this set. Coming from a 75" UN8000. Second highest rtings rated tv for $1600. No brainer.

I'm going for it anyway. The C5 was just a few bucks more yesterday in another deal and I didn't bite. No dolby vision, but I think the brightness here is worth it for where I'll be using it.

Would be all over this if I didn't get a 77" G5 from the partner discount deal in October. This is a good deal for a mid-high end 77" QD OLED.
