This 30,000 mah one [bestbuy.com] for $20 seems like the best deal to me. It's only 15w (so it may not be the quickest) and doesn't have wireless, but man 30,000 mAh would be good for camping or whatever where you're away from power for a while and/or could charge up half a dozen phones if needed.
