I have this vacuum...and even when it was brand new, this thing never got anywhere near 2 hours of runtime, even when accounting for both batteries. At best, this thing would run for maybe half of that, and that is me being generous, and when it isn't powering one of the roller heads. If you need to vacuum using either of the two rollers, you are looking at somewhere on the order of half an hour of runtime, using both batteries, and that is only if you aren't using the higher setting.

Convenient vacuum, yeah, but don't count on running one for 2 hours.
