I have one of UAs sacks and the strings are super long. How do you adjust that? Do i just cut them? when i wear it it hangs below my ass

I have these in multiple quantities and I have used one extensively. Yes, they are very long. I have used them ok but if you are relatively short, then it could be problematic. I would see if I could try a knot somewhere along the length such that the knot wont interfere with the top closure.
These are very good bags, plenty of space for what they are and also super sturdy. Couple of weeks ago, they canceled my prder because they were oos. I am placing a new order on these for gifts. I am also keeping an eye on back on these. These bags for this price are a steal.

Don't even waste your time. under armour's website is garbage. They simply cannot keep track of stock. I have ordered this sackpack twice over the past month and both times received cancellation emails due to a lack of stock.
Plus they handed over all customer information and passwords to hackers just last month.

Same - I'm not trying again after the second order cancellation. Customer service chat also sucks.
