That's not blitzwing, different colors, different character. This is Transformers 101, try to keep up. That being said this guy never appeared in the cartoon and therefore is worthless. I believe he's inspired by the generic army of tanks that appear in the season 3 intro and absolutely nowhere else.
As for the price, well they named him "OverCharge" .... They knew what they were doing.

Are those generic army of tanks also considered triple changers that transform to planes? It's Blitzwing in a different color.

He's inspired by the original toy's color. Purple Blitzwing is actually a redeco of the original toy.

. I think the original blitzwing release was 50ish 55 ish and this was a 2 or 3 years ago. I guess 44 is a decent deal.

The tanks are based on the blitzwing model, so while they don't tirple change on screen yes, they are triple changers. Again, this is Transformers... different colors mean different characters. Thus Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercracker, the Datsun, brothers, ect...
