Just buy full Coleman ones and refill them, Slickdeals is becoming a joke.

These are nice as they have the Allen screw to open so you know when you've got them filled. And they're approved for refill/transport, fwtw.

I've had Coleman ones leak out the top after too much use, they aren't meant to be refilled. They are also $5 around me, saving $10 to have the gas leak out and possibly cause a fire doesn't seem like a deal.

I have these but I wish I knew about the fuel keg before buying. They are about the same price but you don't need to keep track of an Allen key for the fuel keg. Seems like a better design.

If you do buy this check that the tanks sit level. Lots of reviews about them not sitting level. I got two and one is fine but one rocks and it doesn't work with the stove I have as the stove sits on top of the tank.

Also you don't need their filler adapter. They put a metal key in it that sits in a divot on the tank so you cant use it to fill non refillable tanks, but it serves no other purpose than that so you can get a cheap generic refill adapter and use it with these instead.

Isn't the downside of Fuel Keg that it has a proprietary refill hose system? I would take an allen key with Flame King over a proprietary refill system from Fuel Keg.

Not sure, the Amazon ai said you can't use generic but it also said that about the flame King and I have used a generic adapter on it. From the look of the fuel keg one it seems to be the same design more or less as the flame King so I would think you might be able to use a generic one.
