I think the manufacturer warranty supersedes the Woot warranty for this and if you have any issues Dreame would be the ones to fix it for at least the first year. Haven't worked with Dreame before but this is the lowest price ever on one of their highest rated robovacs. Repped

This is some craptasically bad advice. I almost held off on an x50 after reading your response here. I eventually came to my senses and ordered the x50, which cost several hundred less than it did anywhere else. It was new, and was delivered from an Amazon warehouse in Amazon packaging, in an Amazon truck. The only difference is that it has a 3 year warranty (auto activated in the app) though rather than 5 years, which Dreame only gives to Amazon and Dreame direct orders.
