I have a Husky 46" and Tractor Supply 42" box (both OEM'd by Permasteel) and the Craftsman 2000 series is a little different:
The worktop on the Craftsman just sits on top while the Permasteel units get hard attached. I can see this being a dealbreaker if you're attaching stuff to the top, but some DIY could fix that, and these both use really thin and kind of cruddy wood tops (AFAICT the tops all might be from the same supplier.)
The handle on the Craftsman only mounts on one side although it also comes with pegboard holes.
The Permasteels come with a power strip I wouldn't trust for anything beyond battery chargers.
The Permasteel bolts generally go into threaded inserts while the Craftsman uses self tapping screws.
Honestly they're very close and if I were buying at this low end I'd pick the Craftsman over the others just to buy Made In The USA. That 52" for $299 is a steal and I would've gotten that one but it doesn't fit in my car.

This deal might be limited (YMMV); I see < 25 available in my metro area.
