If this included a numeric keypad I'd buy it purely to give the low-profile switches a try. If I were still daily driving a portable setup (Microsoft Surface + compact keyboard + mouse + step to elevate the display) this might be the keyboard go along with that kit. I also loved seeing that Logitech has improved their keycap design from earlier RGB designs that failed to backlight the complete legend for some numbers, etc.

Good luck!

Just my personal experience. TKL(or smaller size) is great for mouse movement as it takes more distance to move mouse comparing to work with the full size keyboard. Plus I don't need the number pad. I had a Keychron K5 Pro which is a very nice full size keyboard. I just love the type feeling as I have tape-mod the keyboard. But the numpad make me less willing to type on it. For normal profile, I will certainly go with Red linear but for the low profile, Brown will be much better as the tactile will help me to know if a key is registered or not. I am a touch typist.

Is this a good deal/keyboard?

I've bought a few gaming keyboards on sale they turned out to be crappy. Double typing, mushy keys, bad feed back, keys too small etc

Better than gateron for sure; these are basically kalih choc (branded for Logi, but you cannot use other kalih switches to my knowledge.)
