BUT the biggest concern is sizing this for your needs. what insole can fit everyone between size 7-13? perhaps it'll be a decent fit for a size 10 +/- a half size?
While supportive footwear help, proper stretching/strengthening is the key. the worst cases will benefit from a night splint.

- Foot/ankle stretches, before I get out of bed. Point feet up, down, left right
- Toe/arch stretch: flex big toe up, others down. Then big toe down, others up
- walk 50 ft on toes, then 50 feet on heels
- Forward lunge with a torso twist at the end. Walk across the room.
- walk sideways with a lunge - but instead of squatting on the lunge, cross one leg behind the other like you're walking sideways and do a one-leg-squat on the leg that stays in place. Alternate legs
Takes 5 min, 3x per day. I instantly felt better and was recovered after a few weeks.
In recent years if I get a flare up it's usually related to my calfs being too tight. Stretching them out with stair raises/stair calf dip stretches prevents it. And I still constantly do the "point big toe down, others up" stretch because it feels good.
