Just because you stopped using one doesn't mean everyone just threw theirs in the dumpster.

The description says "Includes Limited Time Digital Movie Offer. MUST ENTER REDEMPTION CODE BY 09/30/2018 TO REDEEM DIGITAL MOVIE OFFER.". Can someone confirm if this code still works? I've had digital code work past its expiration but I haven't tried it this long after the expiration.

My blu-ray edition has, I think, 5 cuts of the film. Until they have something equivalent in 4k I'm sticking with my blu.

It's supposed to have 5 cuts, but it may have a second copy of something instead of the Final Cut. Big bummer; that's what I got, and they wouldn't allow a replacement.

One of the best looking uhd discs. It's amazing to look at this realize it was released early eighties.

Several things about Blade Runner never cease to blow me away:

1. The visuals / aesthetics, even decades beyond release.

2. The subhuman IQ of bug-people who characterize the film as "boring."

3. The director's utter failure to understand the story he brought to life (then again, Gladiator II).

No movie is perfect, but this was a triumph.* There are so many worse ways to spend $14.

*Huge success

Only one of the best films ever made, certainly in this country. It is a bit slow paced by today's (ADHD) standards, and Hauer is the real star, not Ford, though he does a good job. You should be used to the somewhat dark cinematography, because they all (over)do it now. If your mind has not been ruined by popups and jingles, to the point where you can't sit through a minute long fly over without fidgeting, you are likely to enjoy this.

Just shocked at how many folks on here still have DVD and Blu-ray movie players.

How many different releases of this film are there? Which is the best?
