4.5 stars. I have this but another brand. I suspect it gets returned because the arm moves in one motion. You cannot control the bucket independently. Other than that, it works really well.

I suspect you have trouble reading star ratings, given it's only 4.4 but more importantly over all the different item options they have listed on that page.
