My niece bought this at the $1700 price mark a few weeks ago. I was surprised at the build/setup from the box. It was configured to run the RAM at 6000 with EXPO despite saying 5200 on the listing. No bloatware and all I had to do was install the Radeon software/drivers. No issues with the power supply and they have been gaming at 4k without any problems.

You can run those games on a potato and they would run okay. This is the best gaming CPU and AMD's 2nd fastest consumer GPU they've ever released. This prebuilt would run those games flawlessly.

Minimum required PSU for a 9070xt is 800w. Insane that it has a 750w with a 9800x3d and a 9070xt
was corrected that 750w is the minimum for 9070xt

You guys mention the PSU being 750 watt, couldn't that easily be replaced with something better? I'm not much of a technical guy.

Yes, but that's extra cost. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it as long as it runs fine. Commenter above mentioned minimum required is 800w. Not sure where that's coming from, since AMD's official website states 750w. Also, those figures usually come with a caveat (i.e. when tested with some high TDP CPU or something like that). 9800X3D is not as power hungry as some others out there.

For RAM, since it's only 5200 MT/s, I would try incremental overclocking as much as possible (as long as it's still stable).

750w is more than enough to run a 9070 XT and 9800X3D, the power draw will be well under that. You could always upgrade the PSU down the line too.

Its easy and cheap to buy a better PSU, but putting it in requires unmounting the old one, mounting the new, then disconnecting then reconnecting several cables.
Its nothing overly hard, but if you're not technical or used to PC builds it might be a little intimidating. I would suggest watching a Youtube video on swapping PSUs and that will give you an idea of the process.

don't get fooled by the specs , this machine couldn't run Fortnite or Valorant without FPS drops

They penny pinched with the PS on a high end system, sad.
