Bought from Costco with 3year extended warranty for same price.
Not having conditioned air sucked out of house every time dryer is on makes it worthwhile.
Put Clothes in press button and done...Just take Clothes out when dry.
It sips electricity!
Replaced 1 year old set that was over $4K msrp that was/is in perfect (like new) working condition.

The negative comments I see on this unit are a flaw in the way lint collects in the back which could cause issues with drying if it's clogged up with lint. This requires significant disassembly to clear the lint and this is already a very heavy unit. I see some new parts being installed by service techs related to a lint sprayer, but no idea if that's coming in new units. Until that design flaw is clearly fixed, I will avoid this one. Maybe I will wait for 2nd gen versions of these.

The main bearings in the washer started to get louder and louder, starting at six months old. Now at almost 4 years old, it sounds like a helicopter taking off, when it's in spin cycle. I'm not joking, it's so loud, you cannot be in the same room, without hearing protection.
As for the dryer, it has not had any issues, except for one major design flaw. The tumbling paddles inside the drum were not engineered correctly. When drying clothes, the paddles tumble the clothes as they should, and everything comes out great. However, when drying sheets and blankets, it's a completely different story. It does not matter how many blankets or sheets, one to five. The dryer will wad them up, into a tight ball, within 10 minutes. I can throw bed sheets and one blanket in the dryer, and within 10 minutes, it will look like a giant football. It rolls them up nice and tight, every time. This forces me to stop the dryer every 10 to 15 minutes, pull the blankets out, and try to unravel them.
I will never buy another Samsung appliance.
