Don't use in high humidity areas. Any kind of high moisture will ruin the pads. Store in a dry place.

Use for One Closed room at a time. It's not designed for whole house.

Run a fan behind it to circulate.

Use it for vehicles too.

This unit is too small to do any damage to anything. It's not a commercial version like they use in hotels, apartments.

It will not cure cat urine stench. You'll need to remove carpet and cut out all affected wood below.

Go outside & smoke. I smoke but not to lecture anybody but if you're worried about the ozone generator causing illness maybe the smoking especially inside may be causing You & son getting sick. Just saying.....

Agreed. There's a timer on these things for a reason. Over concentrate your house with ozone and it'll start breaking down organic materials. Follow the directions.

I smoke half a cig in the bathroom every few days and smoke at my back door. I wouldn't really say I smoke inside.

The comments to not use it in your home or that it is unhealthy are from not understanding the instructions on how to use it.
This is not an air filter, it is an Ozone generator. It will wipe out all the odors, but it is not for use with humans or animals in the home. Might not be that great for plants either as it works by oxidizing odor causing items.
Just follow the instructions. It works great!

there's no way this is 45,000. i bought one. it's a single plate. its 5k or 8k or 10k something. i have a couple of 4 plate ones too. if you're around a running one for a while, your eyes may get a little itchy, or worse you can start feeling like your getting a cold with itchy lungs. it's a little bit like a chlorine smell.

I just received mine, it's a LOT smaller than my other one, but I bought it to do an entire house I was renovating, this one will be fine for the room in my basement when the big one goes dead.

Not sure if people know, but they have a finite life as the catalyst/medium that is used to generate ozone gets depleted. It can be replaced but it's cheaper just to buy a new one.

just got the generator and the fan doesn't work; it only runs when tilted on it's side.
doesn't seem normal to me; do i need to return or what?

Edit, figured it out, the plug is tight so i pushed it in with a lot more FORCE; um now it works. yeah you can easily smell the ozone; may run it today for a few when leaving.
