These were the Black Friday 'Starter Kits' that were on sale for $149.
Any store that has them physically still in stock, should have them clearanced at $65

Of course, all Lithium batteries are charged in 2 stages, but the extra LED makes people think they are getting something new & improved
I think you have to buy a DeWalt to worx adapter off Amazon for $20 to use the DeWalt battery in your worx power tools.
