This seems like an amazing deal. That mobo is cheap and this seems like the ram is almost given for free with it. Its white colored too so that is also awesome.
Trick on this is that it's a single 16G module. I do appreciate the fact that it's cl30 but also says Not Compatible with Intel Ultra (Arrow Lake) CPUs. Couple things to be cautious on with this deal.

Yes but wanted people to be aware of the advertised incompatibility since normally RAM is usually interchangeable. I did not say it wouldn't work with this board.

What's the resale like on a single DDR5 stick of RAM? I just ordered the cheap 48GB kit from Corsair for an AM5 upgrade, would I be able to get enough back for this single stick to make the Mobo a good deal?

My understanding is that DDR5 doesn't need 2 sticks as much as DDR4 did. But also that mismatching DDR5 sticks leads to problems.

Guess I'll wait to make sure Corsair isn't cancelling orders. I saw they just updated the listing price for it to $599, curious if they're going to honor the $240 orders.It was their Dominator Titanium RGB 48GB 6400 kits.

So I assume others may have warned in previous discussions, but I'll mention it here... Patriot has been a LOOOOONG time ram maker, and was primarily the favorite of Fry's Electronics back in the day. I've owned a few of their sets and can say that I was not impressed with the quality. If you do buy this, I highly recommend testing your RAM because I suspect while most of it will be fine, a few pieces will slip through that are going to disappoint folks. So maybe run a quick memtest on your new system once its setup and be prepared to ask for replacements.
