edit: I googled the neo 2 and followed the link to DJI. It's still there, but only if you live in Singapore.
DJI can't sell the neo 2 in USA due to a law that just passed. They can sell the items that had fcc approval(?)/certification(?) prior to the law being passed but not new items. For example, they can sell the neo 1, but not the neo 2.
I also don't think this will ship based off the company name details.
I purchased Neo 2 from the same link as OP's (Air Foto) on Dec 17 and it still has not shipped
Ha, I ordered on Dec 7th sold by Air Foto and shipped by Amazon and mine still hasn't shipped either. Says I get it by Jan 31 but didn't say that when I ordered; it said Dec 28 to Jan 15 or something.

No Amazon in China. However, the units (all units) ship from China and sometimes they go directly to the buyer and sometimes they go to Amazon first so they can be fulfilled.

Someone who bought weeks after I ordered and they have their drone already....because they paid more than me. I'm at the back of the line because I paid low, near MSRP and therefore I get pushed back; they are hoping I will cancel and reorder at a higher price. My guess is come February, they will claim they cannot fulfill per law and just cancel me. Which is fine because I have one Neo2 already and now I get to repeat to everyone I know that Amazon cheats and I have proof.
*There's no way they advertised the Neo 2 for sale when shipped Prime from Amazon on Dec 7 and it's Jan 2 and I still don't have the drone. There's no way this many people are still waiting on Neo 2.*
I'm tempted to make yet another purchase at a higher price and see if I get it *now* and if I do, return it and cancel it and go back to ordering from my trusted sellers in South Korea and not the scammers in China.
