Such a blast form the past. Faily used to make "caramel" from this decades ago...yummmm
I'm guessing by heating it so moisture boils off, further condensing it?
I use condense milk as is as a sweetener, for hot chocolate or tea. Sometimes for a quick dessert, I'll spread a couple of spoonfuls onto a piece of sandwich bread and eat it as a snack.
