There's no incentive to be biased because negative reviews do not affect your status or ability to order more items. In fact, you are encouraged to order more items, regardless of your review ratings. Reviewing 80 items (regardless of rating) in a period allows you to move to a different tier where you can order 8 items a day. I've left plenty of negative reviews to those that deserve it and I have not once been penalized for it. They rate the quality of your written reviews and they have even rated my negative reviews as "excellent". They're also not really free most of the time. We have to pay taxes on the MSRP of the items. Depending on your tax bracket, you may actually end up paying more in taxes for the items than the item is worth during a sale.
Be careful with Levi's products on Amazon. I just got a Jean jacket from them about a week ago, seller/shipper Amazon, and it's a counterfeit item. Needles to say, it's going back.

Amazon is really going down the drain, but they are so large and have so many transactions, they can absorb the negative aspects of doing business with them.
