I have had three of these over time, all different brands, and other than foam density, they are all pretty similar. They work great if you are able to adjust to them and in some instances, they can put you to sleep faster than normal.

You can also stand on them for a bit for energy surges. May not be for everyone but I get this weird burst of energy when I stand on mine for about 5 minutes or so.

Even so, some China made products are ridiculously cheap junk where others are quite decent. Sometimes even excellent (iphones??). Saying they're all the same is grossly oversimplifying. Even if they look the same... just like elsewhere they often try to make the cheap products look just like the better quality ones.
