Why do so few of these exist for Android and Galaxy Watches?

If devices are compatible with Certified Qi would it work? At Bestbuy site doesn't mention compatibility info though.
But from the brand, (link below), it shows

Compatible Devices
  • MagSafe Apple Devices
  • Magnetic Qi-enabled Devices

Seems like $60 should be the normal price. No power adapter included, and I didn't see anywhere in the features or specs what capacity charger is needed (that one has to buy separately). And it's only 15W (possibly TOTAL watts, it's very vague on that). There's plenty of lower priced 3-in-1 magsafe chargers on Amazon for $20-$30. Not sure who, in their right mind, would pay $150?

I picked up one yesterday when I saw the price (which is about what it should be normally).

It includes a power adapter, here's the specs.

Input: 100-240v 50/60hz Max 1.0A
Output: 12.0V --- 3.0A (36.0W)
Mophie M/N: PSD1203000UW
(NOTE: Uses a "Barrel Connector" to base, similar to a Belkin stand)

The telescoping height and up/down tilting mount seems perfect if you ever have to do a Teams call or any other video chat at your desk. I'd use my computer most the time, but I had to use my phone as backup a few times, to which I had to find a bunch of boxes to get it to the right height and angled correctly. I may now also use the phone for media as I can keep it at near the same height as my monitor and next to it. I only wish you could rotate the tower left and right so you can point the phone to you while keep the base parallel to the desk edges or a laptop.
