I figured I'd chime in as I had this exact laptop and returned it (it's the Costco model) because the fans are REALLY annoying on this. If you do anything more than idling, the fans will spin up and because they're small, it's a high pitched sound that is hard to ignore. IIRC, that was also the primary sentiment on the user reviews on the Costco listing back when this was being sold there about 2-3 years ago. Hopefully, this helps anyone who's considering this laptop.

I am currently holding, but returning, almost the same version of this laptop (mine is the Intel version with 32gb RAM). I'm sending it back to eBay (was also certified refurbished) because the webcam and speakers suck. Other than those 2, which for my use case are pretty important, it's been pretty good overall. I think this price is pretty good for an overall decent laptop.

This one? I was thinking of buying it, but video calls are important. https://ebay.us/m/WCjzyf

Yes, that exact one. Solid machine overall minus the points I mentioned above. Before deciding to return I had considered an external webcam with mics, which would've worked well for me. Only reason I didn't go that route was because I found an end of year (?) deal on a Dell laptop that matched all my needs- albeit with less RAM (16 vs 32) but a better screen (2k vs FHD) and numpad layout.

See the link in the message I replied to. Iirc that laptop on the link is a FHD- the one here is OLED, which is why I said (in my original message) it was similar.
