I also showed a STOCKUPSAVE $15 Credit on $50, (credit EXP 02-07-26). Bought two - 32 packs with 5% S&S. You will receive the credit after items ship - so not much time to use it.

Qualified for the $15 credit with purchase of $50. If you treat that $15 back like cash....and have at least 5 subscriptions....then that comes out to be like $30.13 for two of these....or there are other items that you cloud get instead. My total comes out to be just over $48 after taxes, so I'm assuming it's the pre-discount total that has to be $50. (The credit promo shows as triggered on the checkout page for my example just using this deal x2.

Also, I'm assuming it has to be all in one transaction, so keep that in mind. Check on your checkout page to see if it gives you a message about the order being eligible for the credit; it'll be right under the total.
