Consensus here is that walking pads are manufactured to be thrown in the landfill, and usually quickly. Buy cheap, get cheap. They tend to break easily and suddenly, and are not usually repairable.
Full-size treadmills are usually a better choice, although "buy cheap, get cheap" applies here, too. The Horizon T101 is about the least-expensive major brand (in the US) treadmill there is, and not risk free on that basis, but I'd still bet on it holding up 10 times out of 10 over any walking pad. It also has a better warranty than any of them, can be repaired, and is made by a company that won't gone the next time you look for it.
I have recently bought SunnyHealth manual treadmill and returned it not because of product, but I did not like it.
I don't see this product on SunnyHealth or any other sites. Also not recommending Horizon, I'm doing a search too.
I haven't used this brand but I bought a similar one. I'm 6'2", 190 and with the length of my legs I am always close to stepping off the end. It is also so unstable despite padding underneath it that it feels like it'll fall over, although what actually happens periodically is that I step off to the side.
I'd say these are a worthy investment to do very slow, flat walking for a person who doesn't weigh much and isn't very tall. Don't work well otherwise.
Maximum incline of 3% is kind of a joke. That's a very low incline. It might be fine for a light jog, but for inclined walking, I typically do a 9% or more for high calorie burning.

That's for your body and physical ability. For some, 3% is impossible or is a goal to strive to.
