At best, the additives (resins) in PLA+ to bend more before breaking. Almost in every application any bending equals failure. So in that regard, it is not "stronger".

Define "stronger". Which why it is all marketing.

Your statement would only be correct if you said _some things_ are made to bend. Truth is, all things are not. Monitor arms for example... are not "strong" if they bend. A table top is not "strong" if it bends. A floor is not "strong" if it bends.
That is the issue with calling a filament "strong"... it all depends on the purpose it is being used for. It is about as subjective as it gets.
That is why calling PLA Plus "stronger" then PLA means nothing.
