Bought this and returned it. Remote control is really flakey, water pressure is weak and overall build quality is felt flimsy. Coming from a prior Bio Bidet it felt like a substantial downgrade. I would recommend spending a little more to get something better. I ended up getting a Toto.

FWIW, i have a 1000 model and it crapped out after about 2 years. I paid to have it fixed post-warranty and then it started acting up another year later. No more of this brand for me..i bought an Alpha UX Pearl which is so far very nice and has a 3-year warranty.

How does this compare to the USPA Pro (Biobidet) for $239? My USPA 6800 just died after 5 years, which seems average, Old one was not as good as my Toto but replacement Totos are double the price.

Same question.
Not comparable. But it is $100 or so cheaper. Best price for an S2 is around $300 going in and out of stock on Wayfair/AMZN/HD at the moment. The one potential improvement of the BB1200 over the s2 is the IR remote. If you're a very wide person or with limited mobility the s2 remote attached to the side maybe difficult to operate. I don't have a preference for remote but i do prefer the s5, mostly for setting up user profiles.

I have the bio bidet 6800, have had it now for over 5 years and I'm pretty happy with it. Biggest (minor) gripes are that it isn't tankless and the water pressure sort of lacks. Back in 2020 when I purchased it they told me that the biobidet1000 had the strongest water pressure in the line.

Can any comment on the pressure on this? I guess you really don't need much but it feels like it's just making it to me to clean where as the lowest setting on an non-electric one is miles more powerful than the 6800.

Those asking about the remote... I find it more convenient than teaching to the side and it can store profiles for you and her. Has all the controls for front wags back wash self cleaning sanitizing, angle, seat temp water temp etc that would just chew up a lot of real estate in the side of the Seat.

How do people get an outlet near their toilet? I would love one of these but I'll have to wait for rechargeable lithium ion batteriesFrown

I installed an electric outlet in my master bathroom in less than an hour. I ran the electrical from the electrical outlet on the other side. Easier than I expected

I was just in Japan. All of the toilets had remotes fixed to the wall at eye level next to the toilets.

I had the biobidet 6800 since 2017. Just replaced it a couple of days ago...the seat starts to Crack and break apart. Seems to be a common issue with no replacement parts available.

I went with alpha jx2. Different price point but no complaints so far.

I've had this one for 2 years. Not a huge fan of the remote that's touch enabled, so a lot of accidental touches when moving or handling the remote that triggers the bidet. Thankfully, the stop button on the remote halts any bidet function that I accidentally pressed. But, unfortunately, that's a lot of bidets on the market. I don't get the remote thing.

Other than that, bidets has functioned well. It keeps you nice ane clean!
This one has nice pad

So you can take a dump anywhere...as long as you have the remote with you!

I bought two BB similar models from Costco, the known issue is with the seat hinge. It's plastic, not durable, bound to break over 1yr's time. Quite annoying. Doesn't affect the function of the bidet though.

I lucked out in that I had an electrical receptacle right in the other side of the wall in my bedroom from where I needed the outlet. An electrician just cut a hole in the wall and connected up an extension receptacle that runs on the bedroom's 15 amp service.
