And yes, this is a "wolfbox dupe" at 1/3 or 1/4 the price but this one is the mini version which is not as powerful, but its smaller.
This is also the "normal" sale price that I've seen 2-3x on slickdeals already.
I have both the X3 and this X3 mini and I wrote an extensive review on both in a previous comment.
This is so worth it at $20.
I leave one in the car to blow out dirt, dust, food crumbs, sand from myself and car and dry my hair after a dip, drying dishes, and blowing the water from my windows after a car wash. It's a practical multi-tool and its all usb-c rechargeable.

It's like comparing a toy to an industrial level tool - it's that big of a difference.
I've used this to clean out my PC and it's so efficient I've given away my one-time use compressed air cans. I've also used this as a mini leaf blower as well, those other "air dusters" cannot do that.

I wouldn't pay much attention to their posted RPMs, I'd focus more on the battery capacity. This one might be a newer generation model using x3 18650s which may explain the 27.8 Wh /3 = 9.2 Wh/cell so around 2500 mAh. One of the 1 star reviews posted about how it wouldn't hold a charge after a couple of months, but I think that's the risk of any of these items.
For comparison the X3 uses x1 18650 3000mAh battery, and the X3 mini might use a smaller capacity 18650, but it's also smaller and more compact.
The ones I'm referring to NOT buy are those that look like massage guns. The problem is that they're are also around the same price too with similar form factors and with a lot of fake reviews or merged ones. It truly is confusing I get it. lol.
I think the one you posted would be a good buy with minimal risk of it not performing well and there's a user video on a fan. I'm in for one to try out. Amazon's return policy is pretty good.
