AliExpress is a platform made up of different sellers, each of whom oversee their own shipping and fulfillment. There are certainly some shady sellers on there, but I only post deals from sellers I've purchased from.

This particular seller (Sofirn Official Store) is legitimate. They're a China-based flashlight company, but have a US-based warehouse. I made a dozen purchases from them last year, and all arrived within 5-8 business days.
