This tooling has to be nearly 20 years old.

This is not a $40 case.

There have been far superior choices WITH fans installed for the same price if not not 10-20 more.

The only use case for this would be if someone wanted some sort of "stealth" build.

This is not it.

buy a case with a mesh front, keep your pc nice and cool. it will be way less likely to die.
