These are easily found brand new for $60 all the time.

I'm actually in the market for a little corded grinder with a slide switch (no lever trigger, so be aware that this one won't turn off if you drop it...)

But not an ebay refurb for close to (if not more) than real world retail price.

I use these 8 hours a day and one of the most horrible environments for a power tool possible. After over 20 years, the very best one I've ever used is the DeWalt DWE43214N. Paddle trigger with optional lock on. A little bit pricey but absolutely indestructible with unlimited power and awesome safety features.
