In my area, guesstimating efficiency losses and wear on the LFP, my 300 Wh pack would have to be recharged 728 times to break-even versus charging indoors.

But it only has to be charged once in an emergency to pay off. So... thinking about this one.

You are way overthinking this. Just over 30 bucks per 100 watt portable solar panel is a phenomenal price. Easily the best price I've seen.

Portable panels suffer from two common factors that shorten their lifespan: wobble from stand flexibility, and more direct angle to the sun, causing clear cracking.

Lay them flat on the ground, alleviating wind from flexing the joints, and the ground is cooler than angled up toward direct sun, lowering the heat on the surface and underneath, from 'baking' at an angle.

Yes, over-panel instead of higher power from optimal angling toward the sun. Just stay within VOC maximums.
