Hot Deals RSS feed for new topics only

HI,
I'm using the following URL for the Hot Deals RSS feed. It seems to work fine but I've noticed that I'm getting feed updates for posts that were created back on Dec 26 that were updated today. Is there a way to get new topics only and not the updates?
