Anyone know how they calculated 3g of net carbs? 14g of carb - 1g fiber - 5 g sugar alch is 8g net carbs?
minus 5g of Vegetable glycerin. Which still technically counts as carbs, but doesn't spike blood glucose levels and has little effect on insulin. Many people on keto diet wouldn't count that low of an amount, but having a large amount of it can kick you out of ketosis. Depends how strict with your diet you are.
Also it has Malitol which isn't great for keto. At least half of the sugar alcohol should be counted as carbs...
