Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank hunterbush1

These have no real use cases outside of public hand rails and gym equipment.
I drilled the holes on mine so it would shoot pesticides/weed killer. It's not good at that either.
The version that has the backpack, has a backpack tote that you can rig for other tools. This is salvage lol.

"Every one you buy saves it from the trash" should be the marketing.

Widely regarded as the most thoroughly useless tool in Ryobi's cordless tool line up. Direct Tools was literally giving these away - supposedly as enticement to buy other products, but I think they were just desperate to get rid of un-sellable inventory. Mine sat around in a box for six months before I finally admitted I'd never have a use for it. I donated it to Goodwill so they could sell it to an unsophisticated buyer for $6 or $8.

I still kinda feel guilty about doing that ....

As a society all reminders of the covid scare and the useless snake oil products promoted by the hysteria should be nuked a thousand times from space

I still have one or two of these COVID DTO specials unopened. I think I have an extra tank too that was a freebie lol. They have sat in the same spot since I got it years ago.

Sadly bought one last time they were offered. Should've saved my money. Do yourself a favor and hard pass on this one.
