I also bought an iPhone 15 plus from them and got one that looked like it had been very damaged and the mute slider was completely broken off. This was for "Very Good".
I then bought another iPhone 15 plus from them which also came super damaged.
Also it is not same day shipping, they ship next day.
My instacam x5 360 is waterproof to 50 ft and has a removable battery and memory card. I'd gladly give up some aesthetics for better function. The only companies that make true waterproof are ones that have terrible cameras and processors (at least in the past. Where is the Samsung active or pixel or apple versions?)

You can see the official terms near the top of the page, near the price area. That matters more than anything the seller puts in the description. With eBay refurbished program, you're basically dealing with eBay, they're basically the middle man. When you do returns, you talk to eBay. I've had to do one, and I never had any direct interaction with the seller.
