I should add that I'd rather pay a few dollars more for a brand I recognize.
I was recently needing a managed switch but I ended up going with the $21 Netgear GS108E. Perhaps the others are good, but I'd rather pay a little more for one from a known name brand. I will likely never need another managed switch (famous last words, haha) so I might as well get a nicer one and be done with it.

Tv. Ps5. Sonos bar. Sonos connect amp. Apple TV. A 5 port just can't handle it.
If you were trying to connect multiple devices that pass data for more than one VLAN, you should probably have configured the ports on the managed router as trunk lines carrying 802.1Q tagged traffic for the necessary VLANs. Sending tagged traffic to ports not designed/configured to deal with it can have unexpected and inconsistent results.

You can email their support to get the latest firmware for the device. You'll need to tell them what firmware the switch is running first.
