Type 29 discs (more aggressive angle to the flaps vs this flatter type 27) also appear to be on sale in 40 grit ($15.48) & 60 grit ($16.06).

FWIW I got the Type 29 in 40 grit for $13 in 2024 but I don't think I've actually used them yet (had others lying around)

Also FWIW: " Jumbo flap discs are made with extra flaps compared to a standard flap disc, allowing for longer life and smoother grinding"

Yep.. the ones I already had were from Benchmark Abrasives and have quite a bit more 'meat' than these basic Neikos
