Buy these, and hope Billy Joel ("Don't waste your money on a new set of speakers,
You'd get more mileage from a cheap pair of sneakers") is right. Unfortunately out of my size.

They could've put a Hoka or Nike logo on the side and charged $80. Made in the same factory.

I bought a pair of these over the summer to replace my "outside shoes". I wanted a cheap pair of shoes to mow the lawn in, clean the garage, etc. I think I paid $16.

The shoes are fairly inflexible, almost hard. Really odd, never owned a pair of shoes like this. Almost feel more like a boot in that aspect. Comfort level is on the low end, however I'm not looking for luxury when I know I'm going to destroy the shoes in mud and such. They've stood up to months of abuse without issue, generally a few hours of hard wear each weekend.

I definitely wouldn't recommend these as daily wear.

Thanks...got 2 pairs and about 3 months ago got 2 pairs of a different style AVIAs but they were the medium size and are snug on the sides but better when I got thinner material socks. Thanks again.

that's like saying Nvidia and Intel AI chips are the same because both are made at a TSMC facility...

I also had a similar experience. They felt "off" to me also, like the front portion of the sole did not bend properly. Maybe they would "break in" just fine.
