This is a great monitor, but I had to return it. It is like a mirror finish, super reflective. If you don't have any other lights (ie pc/kb/mouse rbg) or other screens in the area it is stunning. I found the reflections even just from the keys on my keyboard to be too much, if my kid was on his PC behind me I could see his screen in mine practically lol. Switched to the 870A-B which has a matte finish, and it's much better for everything except when you have a white/light screen where the matte finish is kinda noticeable.

The Best Buy one is the better of the two. But unavailable 🙃 also I do believe it is a matte finish display, so for me personally I wouldn't even consider it. I prefer the glossy OLEDs. But it does have better Refresh Rate in both 4K and FHD resolutions.

The stock goes in and out so I would keep checking Bestbuy. I got one earlier today.

I could be mistaken but that model looks like a matte one? I'd assume that other than better specs might be your deciding factor. That's good or bad depending on your preference

Wife bought me this monitor. Love it! I game in a dark room, and have no issues with reflections from any of my RGB lights.
