Season 2 is by far the best superhero season on TV we've ever gotten. Season 5 is also awesome.

Thanks for posting this OP Smilie .. normally I'd say wait until it hits a streaming service (if we're lucky some place like Tubi might even grab it for free ) and just binge watch it there but from my admittedly limited google service looks like that hasn't happened yet?

If anyone decides to jump on this deal I would say , strangely enough, start with season 2 (maybe read recaps of the episodes from season one on the arrow wikia online) .. season one was "meh" for me and I'm a huge comic book fan so in a sense you could say I was their intended audience Smilie .. but it really grew on me starting from season two , as strangermusic says season 2 was great and .. I just enjoyed it so much I kept watching right up until the end (seasons 3 through 8) , not only for the protagonist himself (Oliver) but his crew and their storylines ... one problem with it leaving Netflix is that you can't catch up on the other CW shows on Netflix far as watching the "crisis on infinite earths" episodes (basically crossovers with Flash, Supergirl, DC Legends of Tomorrow, sometimes Black Lightning, all fun shows in their own right) ..

First 2 seasons were excellent, but then the show fell off a cliff in quality. It seemed like the CW formula for superhero shows after a few seasons was "why have one crime fighting superhero when most of the cast can be superheroes too?"

I was not a fan of the crossover really ruined the show. I lost interest as the seasons progressed.

This is a great show, but I have been burned by digital purchases in the past (I am looking at your PSN network and redbox). Digital movies are like NFT's to me anymore. You are just paying for a link with no real guarantees. I doubt apple is going out of business anytime soon, but you never know.

I have no issue with the number of heros for me the story just sucked. CW characters suffer from just trying to be inclusive. If you look at the group arrow, flash, supergirl, and batwoman cast were all similar i have no issue with trying to be inclusive but it eventually starts showing the copy and paste they're doing with the shows. Also each show should of been 3 seasons max.
