Creatine has been widely studied for it's effects on your musculoskeletal system and the benefits and safety factors associated with. It's been in use since the 70's, and I've been using it since the 90's with good effects.
I know lately they've been drumming up the effects on the brain, but as far as I've seen so far, no actual studies or anything scientific behind that. I wouldn't be surprised, but in the absence of real data I'd say stick to it for working out until there's something more reliable if you're looking for brain benefits.

Not able to duplicate. Not seeing any 25% off S&S Promo. I am only getting the 25% off that is shown on the product details page.

I'm glad this is helping you and I'm sorry to hear about the stroke. I am curious though, was this on the recommendation of a doctor or did you read about this somewhere and decide to give it a shot. No judgement intended, but would be interested to hear if a medical professional suggested it as I've heard a lot about it being used to improve mental acuity but so far haven't seen a medical source with foundational data to support it.

Just paid $15 for this at Costco!
Costco is 23.8oz vs 17.6 for this one. If you can get the double dip to work this is the better deal, but given it isn't working for many people (myself included) the Costco price is cheaper per ounce by a tiny bit. This is a killer deal for those who can replicate it.

What I did to get it to replicate, on the item page (Non S&S) click on the coupon, clicked on the link again and selected S&S item and selected the 25% off Q. Went back to the first tab to check out, it only had the 1 coupon knocking it down to $14, but on the check out page there is option to switch to S&S and i selected that, both promo applied.
Wasn't able to replicate using Firefox but switched browsers and got it to work using this trick. Missed out on the extra S&S for having 5 or more items, but was able to get the $8.55 price with this trick. Thanks!

Muscles barely burn anything. Unless you are a roid-monster with 20 years going to gym lol.

Just ordered and I was able to double dip. If you click them both, assuming it's on the product page for you, it works.
How did you do it?

Not third party tested FWIW. I DO use this for my big creatine daily dose, though. I do about 7g of transparent labs in my workout water, then another 10g later in the day in a protein shake.

This stuff any good? I've seen the whole podcast circuit talking about creatine but don't know anyone taking it for "brain health".

Is this relatively safe to take without working out just to see if the claims are true lol?
Don't get science facts from podcast, unless it is PI presenting their research findings.

All the scientific studies used creatine from Germany, this brand is NOT the same creatine they used in the studies, this creatine is sourced from China and reviews on Amazon seem to indicate that this does not perform as well creatine sources from Germany like Myoxcience
