You can normally get them for less with coupons. I probably paid less than $8 last month using with "coins" + standard coupons.

FWIW this MSI looks decent and you can have it in your hands within a day or two, also Amazon is much easier to work with if something goes wrong. No fiddling with coupon codes, coins, etc. And personally I think the Anbernic RGP01 is average at best. Not sure why people hold that to such high standards when it does nothing particularly great, nor bad either. Does have plenty of buzzword features to give people that warm fuzzy feeling when using. Somehow when someone says "hall effect" the 30 year old retro game is magically more fun

P.S. The MSI product photos show a Micro USB but review photos show USB C. Probably revised at some point. In 2026 Micro USC is probably a deal breaker for most.

Maybe you don't play games much, average sounds pretty good to me since almost every console I can think of is average and Hall effect I proven on what it does and is not a buzz word. If you don't play enough to have a stick drift on you won't know what it's like to have the peace of mind.

"Maybe you don't play games much"...such a half a$$ gatekeeping attempt. LOL

If you actually read what I wrote, I said some people are searching for "buzzword features to give people that warm fuzzy feeling when using." Which you just leaned heavily into with your (buzzword) requirement that bestows you with "piece of mind." Which is another term for a.....warm fuzzy feeling
Thanks for proving my point for me.

FWIW, I never said those features have no value, just people like you who "don't play games much" have been told offer extra value, they just cannot articulate why except for a little extra dopamine when holding, err, piece of mind.
