The C47M here does not have HDMI or a center channel, but comes with rear surrunds. The B73MD offers virtual surround, has built in center, left, left side, right, right side (sides are for virtual surround so it's not entirely software) but does not come with wireless rears though is compatible, and supports HDMI in/out, HDMI-ARC and CEC.

So all in all, I'd say the B73 is a better speaker all around, especially since you have HDMI/ARC connectivity vs Bluetooth/Optical/USB only.

Not personally, but I do have their higher-end Q990 series soundbar on my television.
I'm sure it would work, but these are probably better suited to send sound across a living room space VS sitting right in front of it. Not to mention, the rears are kind of pointless unless you're watching surround sound media sitting at your PC.
I would recommend a 2.1 system for your PC. The Klipsch Promedia 2.1 is the classic tried and true example here. For a small system, they absolutely blow the doors off most small speakers. Great bass and loud enough to play music throughout an apartment or small house.

Does anyone have any reviews on this for an actual TV setup?
We have a 3.1 inf our living room, and would like some surround sound. We'd just be coming from a basic Vizio speaker HITB. Will this be good?

Can anyone confirm if I could take the rear speakers and use them with my Samsung HW-Q6CC soundbar? I'm guessing I can't, but thought maybe somebody smarter could correct me.

No problem, I can't stress how insanely loud these things get haha. Great sound quality too; you won't be disappointed. I have to turn down the bass at night bc it will wake up the neighbors.

I took the rears from my C47M and re-purposed them as rears for an open-box Samsung HW-Q600C. No difficulties in pairing or use. The model #s are close enough that I think you stand a good chance. The internet says that Q6CC and Q600C are essentially the same aside from a couple of height channels on the Q600C.

I agree with your reasoning for the B73 being a better pick for the same money. The seller's 10% coupon helps, as well. VIPOUTLET26NEWY

i'm coming from a pretty old pair of logitech speakers with a subwoofer that honestly don't sound too bad, but they've been getting random crackles for some time now so i'm sure these are going to be so much better. i read these are usually around $100-$130 but the ones on Amazon are $379 https://www.amazon.com/Klipsch-Pr...B0G1W5JS2D , and I missing something here?

What am I missing these days as an older consumer; why/how would less speakers be better for a surround sound experience? 🤔

That's the new Lumina version. The original version was discontinued last year.
