One HDMI and one VGA? Who the heck uses VGA these days, especially with a dual monitor setup, you want identical monitors and certainly not an analog source! Dumb and cheap move by Lenovo.

Dell does that on most of their PCs.

No they don't. Years ago maybe (which was my point). I just checked all the current Dell desktop models and none of them have VGA, including the cheapest model. Last generation, the crime against their customers was including a DP + HDMI, but the HDMI was capped at HDMI 1.4 (1080p 60hz), so one couldn't even use two QHD monitors. Absolutely crazy.
