Some of the issue with these chairs is that they are sold as a one size fits all but people come in different sizes. For example I have no problems using the chair but my wife can't tolerate the calf massage part she says its too strong even on the lowest level. Also, the top of the chair doesn't quite get my shoulders that well and I'm not a tall person. All that's to say that it can't be everything to everyone.
